I rushed after work to get a new vape. Explains to the lady with faded rainbow hair what I was looking for and what vape I have but was looking for something just with zero for juice because of just the addiction of having smoke to my lips. She rudely told me if I said that again she would ask me to leave! I did not say anything out of the way period! I was asking simple for suggestions because I was a very nicotine smoker. I'm a medical doctor and never been treated so unprofessionally in my career. This place was simply ran by white trash and I would never ever spend one penny in that place.

I recently moved to the area and have been purchasing all my juice and coils from ecig charleston. I use the tfv8 baby beast and they are consistently out of coils except for the octo-coil. Every time I've purchased the octo-coil it lasts less than a week but I've never complained. The last one I purchased lasted less than 2 days. I always keep the tank full and run it at 65-70 watts (the coil is rated for over 100w). When I asked if I could receive a replacement I was told I could only receive the same coil despite my continued issues with the octo-coil. I asked for the dual or quad coil and was informed that even though they cost less that it was against their policy. I understand these policies are there for a reason. But I was asking for something cheaper in return. I've spend over $300 there in a few short months. It's a shame they have to lose a customer over a $4 issue

They have an awesome assortment of high quality flavors and top of the line equipment. The owner has great knowledge of the industry and goes out of his way to make sure I get what i am looking for. I have been going to Ecig of charleston for a long time now and would not consider going anywhere else.
