The ONLY Vape Shop in the Greenville area!! After developing tongue cancer (and beating it), I started vaping. While the national consensus is out concerning the health risks, I couldn't give up my nicotine and my doc agreed that vaping was better than cigarettes because it does not have the carcinogines of smoking. While he doesn't approve of some of the down sides to nicotine, he said that one would have to be a hypocrit if they drank coffee every morning and were all preachy over nicotine. They basically have the same negatives effects on one's body. THAT aside, I poked about on line and looked about in the vape shops around town. I FINALLY found Heisenvapes. Heisenvapes is the ONLY store that is fully focused on their customers. From discovering what you want from your vaping experience (how much do you plan to vape? what flavor do you like or want to try? how much nicotine, if any, do you want in your oil?, etc.) to being knowledgeable concerning the current legislature and pending laws, to the latest pipes, oils, and other products, they are happy to share as much information with you as you'd like to know or butt out if you prefer to do your own homework. Personally, I value all of the info they can give me and they're a friendly lot! I travel from Travelers Rest to Greer anytime I need advice about my "smoker" and it is the ONLY place that I buy my oil. Last Friday, I injured my leg at work. I was out of oil but I was sore and tired and thought, well, I'll try just a small sample bottle from a shop on the way home just to tide me over until Saturday. BIG, HUGE, TREMENDOUS MISTAKE!!!!! To begin with, 2 of the shops that my hubby had mentioned to me ("Why don't you drop by? They're closer? Maybe you could find something you like.") were CLOSED, 1 had only 1 flavor that tasted like tobacco (and I wasn't really confident in the doubtful description I was given) PLUS the smallest bottle I could buy of the tobacco flavor was a big $25 bottle! Now I have smoked flavors I hated. Heisenvapes and I had already sorted through at LEAST 20 of them. Heisenvapes's oils aren't premixed. They mix your oil for you from scratch. I'll tell you this right now!! when I didn't like a flavor, I didn't smoke more than a small "pot" of it, I tossed the rest of the bottle and fell back on ciggs. I was NOT about to fork out $25 for a questionable flavor!! Heisenvapes sells small bottles for $5. It's big enough for me to sample but I don't toss a T-Bone steak with a loaded baked potato and salad into the trash bin!! The last store where we stopped didn't have ANY tobacco flavored oils. I pulled up my Google maps and Yelp only to discover that there WEREN'T any more shops nearby!!! Oh yeah! There IS 1 shop on Wade Hampton that was closer to us than Heisenvapes but I'd been there, done that and hadn't found anything that I liked there. Sure they had a selection of tobacco flavors but they weren't close to the flavor I prefer. They didn't really taste like ciggs to me. So I ended up stopping at a Speedway, buying a pack of Virginia Slim Lite 120's and smoked 1/2 a pack of ciggs to tide me over until Saturday! OH and besides the cancer aspect, I had forgotten the hacking smokers cough I had while smoking ciggs, the tightening in my chest and stinky fingers!!! The next day I had the most enormous grin on my face when Reggie mixed up my bottle for me and handed it over. I juiced up right at the counter and had a laugh with him over my experience of the day before!! AND ANOTHER THING!! haha!!! you can save up your empty bottles and turn them in for a credit toward a future purchase!!! I hope the fellas at HV read this so that, if I haven't told them often enough, they'll know how much I appreciate them!!!!!
