The only reason I go to Charleston ecig is because the stores are always clean, tidy and they don't look like a head shop, or a cheech and chong hang out. All other vape stores in the area have a bunch of kids working in them and they don't know or care about anything. They want to sell new set ups everytime, as they puff away on the cloud makers. Elizabeth is very friendly and eager to help customers. Its a real change compared to other places. I would have given 5 stars if they offered a military discount...

Paid 30 bucks for a bottle of juice. Has to much sweetener or sugar one. Will kill a coil in 3 to 4 hours. Called to see if i can exchange it for a store brand and was told nothing the can do. Piss poor service...

Three stars bc the ecig works for me and customer service is good. But its Hard for me to stay on top of the ecig when they close when I get home from work. Wish they opened earlier and closed later.

Good place for ecig stuff. Staff is always friendly. Return policy is not very customer friendly so know what you need when you go in there because if you buy the wrong thing you may be stuck with it. All tat aside I like the place and will continue to shop here.
