Called this location because I heard they sold CBD products. The woman who answered (didn’t catch her name, unfortunately) confirmed that yes, they did. I asked her a ton of follow up questions about CBD/vaping, as I have never vaped before and have had limited experience with CBD, and she handled my incompetence with ease and was very informative. Drove up to the store and ended up buying a pen kit, which she assembled for me and walked me through the functions, and a bottle of CBD oil. Excellent customer service and great products, definitely will be back.

I would definitely by pass stopping in this store for anything. I have been a customer of Ecig since they pretty much opened. I have been to numerous locations. I have never had the type of service I received recently in this store. There manager Jenah was so worried about making a sale she was less concerned about what I actually came there to get. I left the store with something I was unsure of getting in the first place. Because she was afraid of me leaving and going to spend my MONEY somewhere else. She talked me into a product that sucks. All sales are final. I am stuck with a Ecig that leaks and doesn't work. When I went to try to go back and tell them what was going on the girl tells me this product is known for that. If your wanting to be treated fairly and be a return customer then stay away from this place. She is ripping people off.

This is an awesome place to go to. Even for a beginning vapor user they go through everything and explain everything they are very helpful and nice. I would recommend them to anyone.

Just bought two batteries to power a non eCig vape device. Although the batteries screwed in to my vape cartridge, they wouldn't power it. Went right back into return them. They refused to take them back ($50!). They didn't tell me before I bought the batteries that they wouldn't work with any but ecig products.
