This place is fantastic for all of your vaping needs from juice to actual mods they have it all and the employees are the best. They always let you know how to save some money or when it's happy hour. I was in today and had my hands full and I noticed they came and open the door for me quickly as I was struggling. You don't get that kind of service hardly anywhere anymore. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend

Always a pleasure when Winter works, sorry but she has always been honest...helpful..always helping me understand any new item, can't say that about Dustin. I think that's his name he tried to sell me a new vape that didn't even have coils in to start up with, then took 13 days for the exchange do credit my bank so a 2 min overlook made my life HELL with my bank...All because he was too busy checking his friends out and not taking care of business

Honestly I have only been to a few vapor stores. This one makes the best juice that I have had yet. The prices are a bit high. Winter and Steven make the best juice, personal opinion. The whole staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.

I purchased the Hpriv 2 Kit on June the 11th, 2018, it was already unwrapped and sitting outside the box in the display case. I should have put the batteries in the store and made sure it worked before leaving. I just trusted that it was a quality product and Rolling Fog would stand behind their products. I got home and put the two new batteries I bought with it inside of it and it would not turn on. I have vaped for 5 years and tried everything, read hand book......etc. Nothing worked. Too late to go back that night, called next day, no answer all day. Called the day after, Dustin answered and told me to bring it in on his shift because he could talk to the manager the better than any of the other employees. I drove another hour back to this store to return it on his next day of working which was that Friday. I had receipt in hand, no juice had ever been put in the tank with all the packaging perfectly in place. After trouble shooting it with multiple batteries and it not coming on, it came on once, then went back off. When I took the batteries out and put them back in myself it would not come on. Even after seeing this again Dustin just stood there and waited on 5 more customers fiddling with this clearly defective Mod. He called the owner who he said he could talk to the best and said she would not return or exchange the Mod due to their Return Policy. (Please see photo of it below). We read the Return Policy that said no refund or exchange on Opened Used products....which this clearly was not used and they were the ones that had opened it and put it on display. Again, clearly the policy did not apply to me or this mod. Dustin, was incredibly disrespectful to me and to my 65 year old father when we tried to discuss this with him calmly and rationally. We asked for the owners number, he would not give it to us and then finally he called her on his cell and threw the cell phone down on the counter in front of us.....appalling behavior. We talked with the owner and even though she was clearly going against her own policy which we read to her over the phone, she would not budge nor would she exchange the mod. It comes down to the fact that this business values the small cost of shipping one VERY DEFECTIVE MOD back to the manufacturer over standing behind their products and abiding by their own return policy. I have never been so dissatisfied. I work with many people who shop at this store, after telling them how I was treated, Rolling Fog Vapor has just lost 10 customers. Hmmm.....any legitimate business like CAROLINA VAPOR MILL would never do such a thing. I should have listened to my instincts.....and never went into this establishment. I will be filing a claim with the better business bureau, I am sure this will not be Rolling Fog's first BB Claim......Beware before buying any type of hardware from this place, they do not honor their customers.
