One employee, I think his name was Charlie, was very rude! I went to buy coils and was made to feel like I was inconveniencing him when my brand new prince stick wasn’t working correctly. After him trying several different coils he told me that my battery was no good but because I had bought it 18 days ago that it was out of warranty!! I got upset of course! He finally replaced the battery (stick) and said that he wasn’t supposed to! Really?? Who doesn’t stand behind their products??? Then I find out that the coils that he had been selling me weren’t even for the prince stick and that’s probably why the battery died so quickly! From now on I’ll buy everything I need for vaping from Vapor Tek! Vapor Hut is so overpriced and they need to re-evaluate their take on CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

The young man here was very helpful for what we needed and I like the fact that he is no judgmental and very kind in deed. He helped us out to and for what we excitedly needed and I tell you now you will love this place the only down fall is that everything is way to high priced. Besides that it was a great experience. Love the S.A.S.

Honestly I would NOT even give 1 star! Me & my husband went here a few weeks ago and the employees did not know what they were talking about, they tell yu that yu have the wrong coil in my husband's vape and tried to get him to buy one for $10! This place is a rip off & was a waste of my time!!! I will NEVER walk back in that store!

Went in this afternoon to get some juice and cotton for my rba,Real good customer service and a good experience, the place looked real good compared to my first time there,first time it looked all run down, and the employees at that time seemed really rude,and acted like they didn't wanna b bothered, see how the third time comes out to decide to continue going or to go over to Ga. Thank you for the better experience, daughter really loves the fidget spinner she got from y'all as well,lol
