Great service, and the lady with the glasses who usually wears a toque is very friendly and knowledgeable. Never had an issue with Electric fog in all the locations I’ve visited.

They lost a customer today. Don't get me wrong - nice people there but the company gouges us vapers. I purchased 8 home life batteries which are at a premium 19.00$per and then asked for two cases for them. I was surprised to be charged 4$ a piece for them. They are very cheap looking and are non see through and clearly will open up unintentionally with ease. I was hoping that the sales person would give me a better price after a bit of humming and hawing and also after demonstrating how much better the case I currently have is. Nope. Great case. Best one I've seen ever is the reply I got. For the sake of convenience I picked up two anyway since I needed them to put the batteries I just bought into. I felt taken advantage of I expected more from these guys As soon as I left I went onto Amazon and ordered a 5 pack of the better quality ones for 11.99 prime minus a 2.00 coupon making them 9.99 for 5 cases . Honestly... Why gouge your clients? Don't we get enough of that from our cell phone providers and the government?

Great staff that's friendly and informative about the vape products along with reasonable prices. Recommend buying at local shops like this over nasty gas station vapes as the vape juices are far superior at specialized vape shops.
