HORRIBLE. Go somewhere else! I had just arrived in Moose Jaw and needed to get some vape supplies. This was the closest vape shop to where I am staying so I thought I'd check it out. It was around Christmas so I called first to make sure they were open and what their hours were. I arrived at 2pm and they were closed. I tried again 2 days later (again calling first) and went around 3pm and AGAIN they were closed. I tried to go here they next day (again calling first to check they were open) but AGAIN they were closed when I arrived. After being in Moose Jaw for a couple weeks I saw their open sign was up when I was driving by and figured to check it out and give them one more chance since it was very close to my home (at this point numerous people in Moose Jaw had told me to just avoid this place and had some interestingly negative things to say about it). What a JOKE!!! This place lives up to it's name - BURNT OUT. The juice was horrible and so was the selection. To test the juice he drips a bit on your hand and has you taste it, you can't get an accurate idea by tasting the liquid off your hand as to how it will taste actually vaping it. I did end up buying a bottle to be nice and the man helping me ( the only person in there - I assume the owner) took FOREVER getting the nicotine added to my juice and kept forgetting what juice it even was I was getting, it took forever (20min + and it was just for 1 bottle of juice to have nicotine added) such a joke. I will NOT go back even though it's close to my home. All the negative comments I was told from locals were true. I didn't even end up vaping the juice after using it in 1 tank. I just mailed it to a friend in Edmonton that likes juice in the flavor I purchased. When my friend received it in the mail they couldn't believe the cheap looking label or that he actually charges $17 for this garbage. Horrible customer service for a business - friendly guy, but should maybe leave business running to the professionals that aren't actually burn outs themselves.

Over priced products that come with no guarantee that they will work properly. Old passive aggressive owner that enjoys to be a creep towards younger population. The shop smells like marijuana half the time, which is fine for people that enjoy it, but for a general public shop isn't very attractive. Beware
