Decent place, relatively friendly staff depending on how they feel that day. They know their products very well and will inform you properly. If you go on a regular basis and start remembering you they'll cut you some deals. My only problems with them are inconsistencies and pretty high prices compared to the competion. One day they cut you a deal, round a number or something but the next time you go they don't remember you. It's pretty random. The other place I go sell the same pack of 5 coils for 5$ cheaper. Their juice is at least 2 to 7 bucks more expensive for equivalent quality. When you buy as much as me, it adds up pretty quickly. This is not my main vape store, this is my depaneur when I'm stuck.

Great vape shop , very friendly and super accommodating . Wether you get Thierry or Elissa I always get treated properly and never rushed. When I was new to vaping they would explain everything and always with a smile now I am a loyal customer. When I read reviews of ppl whining about pricing or no exchanges for tanks that were used I already know the type of people writing reviews. Some people expect to make demands because they have the power of writing a bad review. In any case we are all in buisness to pay our bills and next time do your homework before you buy not afer. I have never seen a price match guarantee sign that offers free liquid when u find another store on sale meant to drag in new customers . They run a very honest vape shop and price accordingly.they don't try to rip me off or sell me useless crap just to make a buck. I was stuck in traffic one day and Thierry waited for me for 15 min after closing so I can get my juice that's the kind of place it is !!!! Thanks guys

Knowledgeable staff, good prices. They also make some of their own juice here and it's what I've been buying for a while now.

Knowledgeable, but horrible customer service. I bought an Alien tc 220w Kit for $140! All other vape shops have the Alien tc 220w Kit for $89 to $99. When made aware of his inflated prices, the owner, Terry Marinopoulos, simply replied with "I have rent to pay and those are my prices." I wasn't asking for my money back but perhaps offer some e-liquid that could compensate for the foolishly priced product. Choosing to hold on to a little profit and loose a returning customer is not a wise business decision. Especially that I buy e-liquid regularly! Make sure to tell your vaping entourage not to frequent this vaping establishment.

Please be ware everything you buy at this store is final sale, there are no exchanges or Refunds. Five start Doesn't show how bad the service they offer is. Just though you would know.

generally appreciate this store but i was sold a "fruit and rum" pod that was more than half tobacco flavour without mentioning it and the man who sold me it took 0 responsibility and just shrugged off my waste of money on a disgusting flavour of juice. the owner has been better service every time. i have only been vaping for a month and a half and the employee seemed to just want to make the sale and go back to his phone instead of actually talking about the product.
