I will always miss Azure. They helped me quit smoking by sharing their knowledge about vaping. Wish they didn't have to close because of a stupid 40℅ state floor tax.

Very friendly folks. I will be heading back there for sure. I started out on their juices from the premium line. Prices are very reasonable and they offer a reward program that rewards you with free stuff! I found the shop to be a very welcoming place. The young man who helped me was very nice and I would have stayed to chat it up with the other vapers more but my wife was expecting me home so I couldn't. Maybe next time.

First I'll say the customer service is excellent all the guys and girls are more then full of knowledge but also very helpful. Free taste tests of all the liquids was a plus and the choice of they're house flavors are pretty awesome. I was highly impressed coming into this store with the service and pricing. I would recommend this store to anyone in York Adams or Lancaster counties looking to quit cigarettes ( I did and couldn't feel better). By the way it's NOT a smoke shop or bong shop or tobacco shop.. It's strictly vape. Thanks for reading.

I have been a customer for years and had a great experience until the last 3 months. They have consistently mis-bottled my liquid. This happened 3 times and the first two I emailed customer support and Donna took care of the situation. Today, I called the store and they said they "analyzed" the batch and found it to be correct. Very DISAPPOINTED. And to top it all off, they could have cared less when I said I will be taking my business elsewhere. If I was writing this review 4 months ago, it would have been 5 stars. I just need consistent juice! I never demanded a replacement and I DO NOT NEED TO TASTE THE JUICE...YOU CAN CLEARLY SMELL THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RY4 and RY4.5. Check your records...i have gotten 2 free bottles in the past 3 years...both in the last 4 months...due to your inability to fulfill a proper order. I have the emails to from Donna with the mis-labeled bottles. And i did not even get into the shipping speed of your company. You should question yourself before questioning a customer.

The best flavors of juice I've found. The staff is very friendly. I went in with no knowledge of vaping at all and they helped me pick a setup that was affordable and worked for my needs. I'm now a loyal customer and I'd recommend them to anybody. It's also nice to be able to support a local business.
