Stay away from this place!!! Bought a mod from them, juice, coil, charger, etc. they were very friendly but 3 weeks later the mod stops working. I come to the store and explain my situation, but am told that I’m outside the 14 day exchange policy and that I need to buy a new unit. The best they can do is offer me 20% off. I asked to speak with the owner who laughed at me and told me to just throw away the defective mod and spend more money on a new one. It’s been 1 week past their exchange policy and they are unwilling to do anything other than insult you and take your money. Stay away, stay away, stay away!!!

One guy that works there is extremely rude every time we come in. Just seems like he never wants to help or be working. It's ashame

I usually don't go into businesses when closing time approaches, but when I went in Thursday night, the staff was SUPER helpful and patient. Darren (I think that was his name) was extremely good, and let me try several house juices to ensure I would be satisfied with my purchases. By the way, the Midnight Shake is one of the best house juices I've ever had. I am very impressed by your superior customer service, and I will definitely be back for more. Thanks again!
