I wish there was an option for "Zero" stars. My experience at this establishment was horrendous. First thing is first, I called ahead to make sure they carried the specific part I needed for my vape pen, the phone kept ringing and ringing, no one answered. I called 3 more times and got the same result. I decided to just show up and see if they had my vape pen style and accessories for it. I walked in and a young white guy was the only one working at the time. I showed him my vape pen and told him the replacement part I needed for it. He said they carry that model and the parts for it, but they were currently "All out" of the part I needed. He didn't even check under the counter or in the back! He just proceeded to try to sell me a brand new (Highly over priced) model vape pen. I kindly told him I don't need a whole new device, just a small part of one. I told him my pen works just fine. I asked him to check his stock and confirm that they were in fact out of the part I needed. He flat out refused to do so, He said plainly "I said we were out of that already". Not once did he look under the counter or in the back. He was very unprofessional and very rude. I left and went to Steel City Vapors instead and I got the part I needed without issue. I highly recommend Steel City Vapors over this establishment ANY DAY. Don't waste your time or money here.

Great evening help, I believe his name was Adam. Very helpful! He had great customer service. Large variety of products, and great prices too. Clean store, which is a big plus.
