These guys go above and beyond for their loyal customers. Parking/traffic can sometimes be rough, but that's a Phoenixville thing, NOT LVs fault. Staff is helpful, and cares about your whole experience. I've gone in with a problem and left with a solution numerous times. Prices are good, flavors are good. Staff is good. "It's all good". 👍

I give this store 2 stars reluctantly. Good news first. They SEEM to have quality products and a flavor I enjoy. Customer service and standing behind their products, not so good. I twice bought my favorite flavor and it was a bit congealed. As I got to the bottom of the bottle the juice actually crystallized. Instead of offering some (any) compensation, all I got was “that’s too bad, I’ve not seen this before”. Well, prolly not gonna see me again.

I waited to long to post my review and forgot the Gentlmens name who helped. He has Tattoos on his hands and neck, and extremely personable. The two names I remember are distinctively different so I won't even try haha. Great service, they were mid conversation as we walked in and they stopped to greet us. From there we had a great convo, tried a couple flavors WHICH WAS KEY because reading one flavor it doesn't always mix well for my taste. I probably shouldn't of got 12mg though, VERY STRONG hits haha.

One of the best vape shopes BUT... the dudes that own and run that places r messed up I was in there with 3 others one by one they left and the guys working started traash talking every person that left. I wanted to stay bc I wanted to c if they were going to say something about me and don't ask to taste more then 2 samples bc the Ed bassmaster "PSH" comes out. I mean whatever I'm over it the whole vibe was weird and I felt weird Bridgeport is the best by far
