Said doors open at 12 on Saturday. There at 1150am. Saw someone go in to open store. Went to door at noon and it was locked. Waited and went back, locked. Called store, no answer. Customers came and went without getting in. Waited 45 minutes. Still locked. Left. Definitely not a good first impression.

Beware of ordering form these people. I ordered from them 3 weeks ago and their receipt said that it would be shipped the next business day. After a week I tried to call and no answer. I called multiple times and sent e-mail. Silence. I today called my credit card company and they called and no response. Visa has started a fraud investigation. I will report back on the results of said investigation.

I dont know whats going on but i made a purchase about two weeks ago on shinking ship web site and i still haven't got it in the mail. So i decided to call the shop and ask about my order and the guy that answered the call had no clue how to even look up my order and tell me whats up with it. Then he told me that his boss the owner of the shop was the only one that could look into it. So i said ok when will he be around so that way we can figure this out. The guy said i have no clue when he will be around sorry man. What a joke. I mean i already paid for this item when i ordered it. Be careful people. Sounds like the owner is pocketing the money and not shipping online orders. If this guy "owner " dosent contact me back in the next 24 hours i will be pressing criminal charges.

Says store is open every time I try and go, but the door is locked. I asked neighboring store employees if they knew what was going on, and they said "There has been a lot of problems with employees. Sometimes the store is open, sometimes the store is closed." It's obviously closed everytime I go there....I guess I'll stop trying. That's too bad.
