Despite past bad experiences this place just doesn't forgive. They refuse help you even if you came in for a basic question and refuse to forgive previous bad behavior on their part. Customer service is lacking and the I don't think the owners even acknowledge any wrong doing on their part. Not to mention the parking absolutely blows. I went in for a new coil and due to the previous experience I had was told to leave after being in there for less than 5 minutes. I guess they really don't like customers who complained and refuse to give even the smallest show of empathy despite having not shopped there for over a year due to their bad manners. I highly recommend you avoid this shop, because if they can't help you and you complained, they don't forget and will quickly shoo you out the door to wait in other gullible customers willing to pay. I go to Elevape on 3401 Hartzdale Dr even though it's out of the way just because if the customer service provided there. Avoid this place. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Cool staff, always new juice & hardware in rotation. Feels like home almost, usually music or something interesting playing on the tv. More laid-back than most vape stores I’ve been too, you almost want to just sit down & relax for a bit

My favorite shop in the area. I'm new at this whole vaping thing and the CJ staff hooked me up with a mod that I love and helped explain some of the ins and outs of vaping. Couldn't have been cooler or more helpful. Excellent selection of e-liquid and an even better selections of mods, tanks, and other gadgets for all your vaping needs. Hands down the best around. I'll go to CJ over anywhere else every time.

It shouldnt take almost 10 mins to be helped then take another almoat 10 to get a coil maybe if you werent on that hover board you could move faster
