Just began vaping and was a bit nervous going into a store for the first time. So glad I chose Hi Def, staff very welcoming and easy going. Staff very knowledgeable, Sean was especially accommodating when I returned a few days later after dropping vape pen in water!! Will definitely be using this store for all my vape needs!!! 🐝 🐝

They suck, they have a no return policy. I got a bad Smok Beast King. I had to buy elsewhere because they were closed by the time I tried tank. Next day I tried to get a refund they laughed and said no returns. I should've used ebay/paypal, 100% satisfaction guarantee or money back, and cheaper. So much for being nice and supporting my local small business. What a rip off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
