Was recommended by many people to go here but was disappointed I did. Recently quit smoking and wanted to try vaping. The guy that helped me seemed like he didn't want to be bothered. Yes i had many question not knowing anything about vaping but thats what he should be there for to help. I smoked almost a pack a day and he recommended 18mg and after using it for a day my throat feels like I smoked a carton a cigarettes. To find out 18mg is for people who smoke 2+ and I should have been put on 6mg. Now i am stuck with a $20 bottle of 18mg vape juice that I will never use. Highly disappointed in customer service.

Lansdale has slipped... Good star rating out of respect for the owners and older employees... I’ll keep it short and sweet I’ve been coming here for just about 7 years and have been very loyal with my business. I have no problems with the Gilbertsville or Phoenixville locations great service and a lot of help! I went for a replacement coil today and couldn’t believe that I was not greeted at all instead the employee who I have seen in the past took his to to come and ask...what do you need? I simply asked for a cool and made some small talk. He seemed annoyed and all around frustrated of my being there. I ended buying a new device because I can’t help myself not because I felt welcome and Wanted to support the company. I love this company and will continue to support but now a days I hear a lot of story’s about this specific location and I would appreciate if someone could speak with the employees and motivate some friendliness. I don’t want to feel like a burden while I’m spending my hard earned money.

Newbie here... just quit smoking and needed something for my long holiday drives coming up. Staff was super helpful!! Like perfect. Found me something easy to use, great price, let me find my flavor and coil settings. Set it all up for me. All while being super fun and friendly. Didn’t wait at all. And then I was out. This will be the only vapor place I go if I continue.
