Amanda did such a Excellent Job Helping me Out!! I bought my 1st e-Vape about 10 days ago from Blue Monkey, and I'm new at this. So today, it came time to changing my Coil & I was having serious issues w/ it, despite reading the manual, since the entire glass/coil top piece wouldn't come off. So I called Blue Monkey & spoke to Amanda. Admittedly, we spoke for about 45 minutes, since I had serious issues w/ my Vape, but despite me asking her more then 5 questions, she helped me with each of the issues & helped answer EVERYTHING for me. She's a Great Employee & knows her stuff. I certainly thing she should be valued & should get a Raise/Promotion as she is quite close to an e-Vape expert & has great peoples skills putting up with all of my questioning. 10/10 Customer Service from Amanda!!

I had recently bought a $125 vape about 5 days ago and the vape was mis firing and he said the coil was burnt. the district manager named Corey refused to do anything for me and basically ignored me while i was at the stand. He told me he couldn’t help me or refund me but i could buy more coils for my vape. I felt that being a district manager you should treat your customers with respect and try to help. Not ignore them and be rude. The original employee Justin who helped me was amazing he was very nice and made sure i knew exactly how the vape worked and how to charge it and put juice in it but the district manager once again showed no respect towards me. Terrible customer service.

This is Sean Nolan Ryan’s brother. I bought a stick x8 which is having issues burning juice and not working properly brought it to back to blue monkey vapes to fix it or exchange since it’s been only four days since i bought the vape. the guy with dreads did his best to help me but his manager was a schwindler and a con artist refusing to exchange my device and ignoring everything i said claiming there needs to be an issue with the device for it to be exchanged.

Bought a drag 2 kit and didn't think much of it...until i got home and looked at the receipt. It was $155, and it was the floor model that was all scratched up. Regular price is below $80 brand new, give or take. I tried contacting BMV by email and phone to see if this was an error and haven't gotten a reply. Understandably I should have checked the price at the register first, but this review is for a company selling a scratched used product for $70 more than a new one.

Two trips to Blue Monkey. Both experiences were great. Vi was a wonderful help. She was very knowledgeable about the juices. Great customer service. Tommy was also a big help and very welcoming. This is definitely my go to vape shop from now on!

Always come here for my juices and to look at new mods to add to the collection. I quit cigarettes with the help of Viv. She’s awesome! Got some great mods AND always the best juices.
