I just love Holly and Wally and they are always helpful and have great selections to choose from. They carry such a wide variety of coils, juices, hardware, and salt Nic devices I can only find the cotton threads I like there. Love this shop!

This is by far the most preferred shop I have been to, the owners are extremely friendly, helpful, and outgoing. The atmosphere is friendly versus business, they will work with you on any questions or concerns and educate you. I’ve been going for almost a year now and it is definitely my first choice since day one and recommend The Vape Lab to everyone with confidence. The flavor selection never fails and the hardware section is vast. Check them out for a positive experience every time.

I was SO disappointed, but there are not many vapeshops in this small town of Kittanning. I am from this area originally and was visiting and got my mother on vaping for CBD purposes for her illnesses and pain. This was the best rated by locals in the area, so I took her here to get her set up. Now I wish I hadn't. The only good thing was that I loved the one lady that hangs there, and they have dogs there I enjoyed. (CAUTION: to those who are ALLERGIC to dogs.) For background of myself, I have been vaping for 4 years due to health issues and then got on to CBD for those and pain myself. I am a certified Holistic Health Practioner so I have done an extensive research on vaping and on CBD. Also, those who got me onto vaping has the expertise of the 12 years that it has been around for, starting in California. When we got into the shop I told the girl behind the vapebar that my mother is new to vaping and wants to start and use CBD for medical purposes. And gave the girl some hints as what kind of mode she should probably go for. Then we sat at the bar and I let the girl speak with her as I started a convo with the lady on the other side of me. (But eavesdropping on my mom's conversation most of the time. I saw the mod she got set up with and I thought that was perfect for her. But as I was eaves dropping I heard the girl tell my mother if she leaves the mod sit with juice in it too long it will leak. #1 WRONG! If anything it will dry up the coil. She told her total opposite. Then later I turned to my mother and saw she picked a juice. Asked her what flavor she got and she told me, I told her, "Wait, you have to try it. It doesn't taste the same way it smells. It may be too sweet or not sweet enough, you don't know til you try vaping it." And I asked if she could please test it. And dummy me turned back to the lady and went back to talking. Next thing I know my mom is taking her bottle of juice with her head held back dripping, at the least, 5 drops of juice right in her mouth!! WTH?!?!?! I hurried and stopped her. And told her it was dangerous, and especially for people with stomach issues like ourselves. The owner was suddenly there, (I didn't see him sit down behind the bar.) And he told me it wouldn't hurt, and I disputed that. He came back at me with asking me if I knew the ingredient: Propylene Glycol. I told him, "Of course I do, it's also in inhalers. Not only am I an asthmatic, but a Holistic Health Practitioner. Just like the inhaler, you are INHALING the Propylene Glycol of the vape juice, NOT digesting it! It is very dangerous to consume!" He told me how educated he is in the vape world, but obviously not enough. This shop, as of June 2018, does not have mods, and tanks for sampling, and disposable mouth pieces to test flavors of the juices. This is a big problem. And I have the ability as a practioner to shut him down. I have a responsibility to the people, to the community, to keep them safe. I will be visiting up there again very soon, and if they still don't have it set up the correct way of a vape establishment, I will be taking action. We don't need people going into the hospital or dying over someone's ignorance. Especially my mother's health is my concern. Yes, they are nice people, but try to help them with education, they are not open to it. What I understand though, from fellow friend vapors in my hometown there, they are the best out of the view. Scary.
