I bought a vape mod a year ago with a life time warranty. A few months after I had it started to do strange things. So I went to talk to them and they were closed and opened under Vaporium. Yhey said SSVape is now Vaporium but they could not do anything, they said I could go to another SSVAPE and they will help me. They were closed also. Now they have reopened and I went in and the vape I bought Fromm SS VAPE A YEAR ago was no longer under the life time warranty. They said they now sell that under the Vaporium line and that no longer has a life time warranty. I went in Twice same answer. I don't need to know the legality of what is involved I just see SSVAPE as shady and are able to say we no longer honor that mod with the life time warranty. I was told when I bought it what happens if I need a new one and you no longer sell this one. He said that they would give me a comparable mod or if needed upgrade Vape. Now They said if I buy a new mod I can have 25% off a new one. That is unacceptable. Since then I have hear others saying they had issues. Yet SSVAPE IS TRYING to get me to purchase new. I feel disregarded and feel they did not need my biz. I went to Vapor Paradise and will keep them as my home vape shop. I spent over $200 new mod and juice. Now they won't ever get my money and I buy stuff every week around 50- 60 $. SSVape is not afraid to lose money. Kudos you kept 140$ of my money but lost out big time.
