I know nothing about vaping and these guys took a lot of time patiently explaining to me what would best suit my needs to quit smoking. 2 days later and I'm cigarette-free. Pink Cloud is a classy place.

On Saturday nights, Jessie is there. He is super helpful and knowledgeable, also cleaner and primed my coil and atomizer when a nic salt liquid had been sold by a younger man there when I asked for advice on nicotine and nic salts for a 70 watt sub ohm device. He immediately said that shouldn't have been sold to me. It's a very big deal when people not only take responsibility for a coworker's error, but offer a solution. He did both and switched the liquid for me at no cost. He had me set up and vaping when I left the store. Great service!!!

Great selection. Knowledgeable staff, but... I've lowered my rating by two stars because pricing has gone up considerably. $30 for a pack of 5 coils is ridiculous. It used to be $20 which seemed reasonable. I went online and ordered 10 shipped to my door for $21. So besides going in and socialising with staff, I see no other reason to buy anything here. Juice prices can easily be beat online. Unless I'm in an emergency and break or run out of something, I'll do all of my shopping from my couch.
