Love this shop! Howie and his knowledge are top notch! If you want something that isn’t in stock, Howie will get it ordered for you without question and have it for you in days at most. The juice and hardware selections are also above any other shop in the entire area. Howie & Suzanne will take the time to answer any and all questions you have and help you get what you want, and what suits your needs best. I’ve never seen anyone steered wrong at D’Town and everyone is treated great. The Vape Nation is alive and thriving at this shop. So nice to have a place like this where you are always helped and the owner gives so much back to the customers and the community. If you want the best, go here.

Howie is a great man. No doubt he has the best shop within 45 miles of me. Never had better customer service. He puts his customers before himself an is hilarious. Howie is my unrecorded father. Great products at the best prices!

If I could give this place 0 starts I would, been going there for months to get juice, stop in and tell him I only have a couple minutes before getting to work she asked to check my ID which is fine I understand that and gave it to her, I'm the only one in the store and the owner pulls his worker away from me so to try and get her to sell me something else so I said politely no thanks i just want this juice as I have to get going and he yells patience is a virtue you need to wait then proceeds to tell me to f*** off. This isn't the first time, I've been in there where he yells at his employees in front of the customers and makes them cry, no wonder every time I go in he has new employees. Will never return.

Howie the owner is knowledgeable and very helpful! He's helped me out several times with my tanks & mods and definitely knows what he's talking about. He's also never steered me wrong on juices - every flavor he's suggested for me I've enjoyed! Definitely going to keep coming here, he and Sue are so nice and helpful!!!

Prices are fair, great selection, should win quirkiest small business in all of downingtown. Howie is awesome- lead me through the purchasing process without making me feel pressured whatsoever. He's passionate about what he does and I felt very satisfied buying here.
