Nobody likes starting the morning off with a mod problem. Especially while running a little behind for work... Allie and Critter were more than accommodating despite my my anxious demeanor. Timely and helpful juice suggestions and they even let me come back later to retrieve my fully charged batteries! Solid.

Highly dissatisfied with my experiences there. Employees are meh and company policies are strict and odd compared to other headshops in the area who will do much more for you and care about your experience far more. Take difficulties with products for example, if you have any basic issues with products, beyond the simplest easiest things the employees can do for you; they do not care about ensuring your satisfaction and more likely than not they will end up complaining about you after you leave.

Bought a torch there, quit working after 1 week was told I could not exchange it (even though it was defective). Bad customer service and return policy. Store would not exchange the torch I bought within 7 days so I could get a better quality one. Only wanted to give me the same junky one. Got on from bed bath and beyond cheaper and lifetime warranty. Don't waste your money on theirs.
