I'm a beginner cigar smoker and (I regret that I did not catch her name) but the woman that was in charge was extremely helpful, answered all of my questions, and made excellent suggestions based off of my interests. I returned twice while on my vacation visiting family in Shamokin, Pa. Left happy both times. If I wasn't moving to Dallas, I would be a solid customer of the Cigar Box.

I really wish I could have given the Coal Township Cigar Box a higher rating than two Stars. Until recently, I have had very good experiences there to the point that I know most of the people that work there by name, my most recent visit has left a lingering UNPLEASANT taste in my mouth! On Friday 2018-02-09, I purchased a recently released SMOK Magnum TC Mod. After setting up the unit, minus the matching tank, I chose to use one of my favorite tanks, an Aspire Triton with a 0.26 Ni200 coil. However, the Mods ohm reading feature had a serious failure. On Saturday 2018-02-10, I returned to Cigar Box hopeful I would receive a full refund once John confirmed the issue. Unfortunately, due to the Cigar Box return policy, I would NOT be getting ANY CASH refund at all. I had NO CHOICE but to accept a "Cigar Box ONLY" gift card. Due to the fact that most of the other Mods in the store were SMOK units, I had no other option than to accept the gift card to use at a later time and date. One thing I do know with absolute certainty is that I will NOT return to this or any other Cigar Box once the "GIFT CARD" is depleted.
