Called the store and asked if they had a certain product in stock; they didn’t but said they should be getting it within a few days. They actually called me back 15 minutes later to let me know the shipment wound up coming in today and they had what I was looking for. Also had a lovely conversation with the one guy about how much the state of New Jersey sucks. Quite a refreshing experience

Great staff. Good selection of mods, accessories and juices. They do have a tasting bar and are very knowledgeable about what they offer. I literally can walk in say hey I want something fruity and they go oh try this try that.. here's our most popular. Takes no time at all or you can sit and chill on the couch area or at the tasting bar. They are personable and willing to go out of the way to help you with whatever you need. Try this place out!!

I quit smoking and only have been vaping for about a month now, and I’ve been going to another local store by a recommendation. Yesterday I came into Fog City (Closest vape store from our house) to buy my Fiancè a vape kit. The staff was so helpful and did not make us feel awkward for being noobs, and even taught me a few new things about my mod. The juice they recommended is amazing, far better than the store I’ve been going to for a month, and at a cheaper price. This is going to be our one and only stop, just from this experience alone. The other store has a few locations, and both that I’ve been to I felt out of place and the staff made me feel weird when I asked questions. Keep up the great work guys! I will continue to shop here for as long as I vape! Thanks again!

There isn't one person that works behind the counter that isn't patient, knowing about all prouducts and most helpful. I really do look forward to going in there and trying new juices, and shooting the breeze. Great place. Meets all your vap needs.
