The staff is knowledgeable and the quality and prices are wonderful. I've dealt with cool Vapes since they opened on McKnight Rd. I'm happy there's a location closer. And the nice thing is that if you buy fluid that doesn't suit you then you can exchange it as long as there's more than half a bottle. I bought the wrong nicotine level and they replaced with the correct level no extra charge. Keep up the good work guys.

Good juice selection but don't buy the crown 3 from uwell. Juise leakage everywhere! Isn't their fault but I wish I could be reimbursed for all the juice I lost out this thing
