I'm new to vaping and i purchased my first vape mod at the store previously, I was kind of lost on flavor selection and was trying to get help on that and also changing the filter that goes in middle, the person that assisted me didn't seem very interested in helping me out, he was sitting on his phone the whole time watching gun reviews on YouTube, I'm currently sitting in front of store to pick up another flavor real quick and website says store opens at 10:30, it's almost 11am and the store is still not open. I decided to drop by to see if maybe other associates are a little more helpful but after waiting her for over half an hour I will not be coming to this store again, update your website for others that like me decide to drop by store to pick up a flavor before work.

Went in for a new set up. Mr. Wolfe took his time found out what i was looking for and explained everything to me. I didnt feel rushed, and I am extremely happy with my new mod! Excellent product at a very good price. This is how all shops should be! Thank you so much!

I tried a cheap pen i got somewhere else for about a week just to get an idea if vaping was for me. Since i had time to kill, I stopped in here yesteday to see if they Could answer some questions. The guy i talked to was super helpful even knowing i wasn't ready to buy. To me that adds a lot of points for customer service which I'm big on. After taking his info and doing some research online i went back today thinking i might buy something. This time i talked to the guy who just took over the place and I'm glad i went back because i had another list of questions i thought of since yesterday. He took about an hour going through everything with me. Hooked up with a set up that was was what i needed (and not at all focused on getting me to spend as much as he could) and I'm loving it. Yes i realize it's only been hours but i haven't wanted a cigarette since i left there and I've been a pack and a half a day smoker for about 23 years. The staff was awesome. Super friendly and patient with a totally new vaper. Overall excellent experience! I would recommend them to anyone who's even thinking this might be for them. Since money is tight I'm generally not someone who is comfortable spending money on something i know nothing about . these guys made sure i knew everything i ever wanted to know. And explained the technical stuff so it made sense. While i have very limited experience with juices. ( I've only tried 3 kinds) theirs is hands down the best one so far.

Went in to see if they could figure out a problem i was having with my mechanical mod. Staff was very helpful and in the end offered me a free battery since my old one was old and unsafe. Returned the same day to talk to them about upgrading to something better (bigger vapor hits!). What a great experience. Treated me well and explained everything in detail. Felt great about my purchase and am very satisfied with the product they recommended. Was instructed how to disassemble, clean and fill sub tank and let me know to use the correct (less nic mg) for the type of tank i bought. A+++++++ Would recommend to everyone.

Absolutely wonder experience. Joe was extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly answered all my questions. Best vape store around... Won't go anywhere else. Excellent juice selection and fantastic service. Can't say enough..
