Probably the only actual customer service interaction I have ever had in Lane County. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, interactive and not at all pushy. I stopped in for a bit of juice and some coils this evening and was sad to find out that they did not have my coils in stock. I asked one of the staff members what they would recommend to replace my mod, and he didn't reach for the most expensive thing in the store! He talked me out of a couple of the more expensive items and we settled on something that will definitely work for me going forward. And they threw in a free bottle of juice, which I was going to buy anyway. I'll be doing business with these folks again. Also, their Dead Sea Salts are delicious. Try the Siren. :)

Best vape shop around. Amazing customer service, been going to them since they opened on mohawk then moved and I followed. Hands down best shop in the Eugene/Springfield area.
