Superior service. Friendly & knowledgeable staff. A large selection of everything you need in one stop. I researched extensively for weeks and went to 5 different locations before finally settling. If you want to save yourself all the trouble I went through, and a bit of $$$ as well, definitely go talk to these guys first! Cannot recommend highly enough!

The best customer service in both towns, call Sutherlin and Roseburg still r have the best service around they are great laid back and very helpful.

An amazing place to be everyone is super helpful and nice. Would highly recommend to anyone. One person Donny was super helpful and offered a lot of advice.

I waited 15 min for service, it was a little busy, just one guy there. no problem for me i understand, being in customer service myself but after i was patient and very respectfully waiting he was rude to me.. I just needed a coil but wasn't sure on the right one so I brought my old box with me and asked for the same ones.. it was only between 3 different ones anyway.. But he made passive aggressive comments towards me saying I should have known the name of my pen.. it only took him a extra min to figure it out...but was rude the whole way through.. even as i was walking out the door he was making a joke to other customer about me not knowing the right model in a rude but jokingly passive aggressive way.. Very unprofessional

Donny is amazing. He really went above and beyond to not only help but teach me how to navigate and use my Vape. Excellent customer service and I wont be going anyplace else. Ever.
