My wife and I always come here. I surprised my wife with a new water pipe and red hair Jordan helped me find the perfect one for her. He was patient and showed me the best ones in my price range. My wife being a regular customer, he gave me some recommendations on what things she usually looks at when she comes in. I was very impressed on how well he knows his customers and my wife loved it!

I'm here maybe 3 times a week, and the boys here are always accommodating and knowledgeable of their products. The 2 Jordan's, and Wyatt, have been especially help and flexible with my many requests. If I knew all of their names I would list them all here!

Really great prices on different types of stuff. The staff is awesome. For starters, Mikel is the dude! He always has a great energy no matter what day/time it is, and he makes me feel super valued as a customer. Jordan and Jordan are awesome as well. I feel like these guys are like my friends! I go out of my way to stop off at THIS H.O.P because of it. 5 stars all the way

Good prices on cigarettes. Seems to have mixed employee base. One man extremely rude. Also stole from us by insisting the price was different than was on the box. 6 foot 2, 280 lbs. Freaking idiot and I would avoid the store just because he works there. There also seems to be a little bit of age bias. Customers under 40 are treated differently than those over 40. Customers in their teens and twenties are golden. Me thinks it won't be long.

Love this place and go to it for all my needs. Mikel is my best go to man! Knowledgeable and helpful. Hes one of the best people in a pipe shop I've had the pleasure of coming and getting all my help from! Come visit him at this shop. Check out benny and his skills too. These guys made the shop look and feel like its professional!!!
