Sold me a vape mod, telling me repeatedly that it had a warrantee, then refused to honor said warrantee when it immediately broke and banned me from the store. Update: There seem to be more than a few shills writing reviews... I wonder how much HOP is bribing them with.

Bought a baby beast tank. 2 weeks ago. Its failed. "Abtimizer short" Took it in this morning.1/7/2018 Guy name jordon at the counter. He was very polite. And had patience while i tried to explain why i was so frustrated. He was not who sold me the tank. That was a young lady. But he exchanged it. I did have the box and everything that came with it. But he did help me out. And for that i am greatful.

Awesome guys! They helped me get set up and made sure I understood the set up I purchased. I even needed to go back and ask questions and they were super nice and helped me out with batteries for my new mod. Great store with awesome staff!!
