I've been a huge fan of these guys since my first visit. Drew, Greg, Jesse,and Matt (in customer service) are always friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. They take the time to listen to you, help you pick a product that suits your needs, and explain how to use them. I've been to other vape stores, and have not found the quality of service these guys provide. Keep up the great work.

The BEST place to shop for all your Vaping needs. Their Staff is always friendly & helpful and their selection of Vaping Hardware is extensive... Not to mention the Vape Liquid flavors, you can try any of the large selection that each store stocks. Their manufacturing facility, located right here in Medford, sells 400+ flavors on-line. You can custom make your own flavors and conveniently pick up your order at one of their Retail Stores! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

Clean, inviting and very friendly and helpful at each visit. The liquids taste good and smell nice. I'm currently using nicotine free liquid but have used the nicotine infused oils in the past and find no taste difference. I've also used their shipping website and was able to call this store with all questions and concerns with the website. Would highly recommend.

I have been using ec blend liquid for years and the manager of the Center drive shop has always given me great service and knowledge. I have never had a bad experience with him. I dont go there often but I know when I do I will get the help I need. He actually listens and pays attention to each customer and that makes the experience well worth the trip there. Thank you.
