Best customer service ever!! Bought my first Vape stick... Dylan was patient and explained/answered every question I had. Even when other customers came in that needed assistance he never once rushed me. On the way back home the tank started to leak, called and he said to come back so we could look at it and replace the coil... went back got it swapped out... left again and it leaked again :( turned around to return it. Dylan swapped it out for a completely new tank. Now it works perfect! Even tho this shop is a 30 min drive from home I will come back again!

I have always had a great experience at Smoke 4 U. The staff is extremely helpful and has always looked out for my best interest as a consumer. I have gone to buy a product many times and was suggested another cheaper product that ended up working ten times better than my original choice. I live in SW Portland and will travel all the way to Hillsboro every time I need to use their services. I've lived in 2 other states beside Oregon and have never seen a selection like this. They have just about everything you would need for smoking/vaping and a wide variety of brands to choose from.

Great service. Great products and knowledge of their products. The employees will do everything they can to help. Very good selection of Kratom that is the best price in the Portland area. This store is the best ran Smoke Shop I’ve seen. I visit almost 3 times a week. Mike

Honestly I couldn't rate them out of 5 stars this company and the team are better then any 5 star rating system. My husband and I have been going there now for almost 3 years and they are so polite and respectful. They give out new samples once in a while and discounts.. they truly are an amazing team and awesome company...
