This place SUCKS. The staff are extremely rude and seem to have a “better then you” attitude. They’ve made me feel stupid for asking general questions about vaping when I was still very new to it all....I found that extremely off putting. I got the wrong juice once and they said I could return anything as long as I didn’t open it, well I came back to return it and they refused! Emerald Vapors sucks. Always has. I will never go there again, worst experience ever, every single time I went it was awful. Don’t go here if you care about wasting hard earned money and time. Trust me.

The worker was incredibly helpful and so nice! Walked me through everything I needed to know about the product and answered all of my questions. Such a friendly and relaxed environment, I was laughing and having a great time the whole time I was in there! I love it and will be most definitely going back.

The young man who was working sold me the wrong coil after installing the wrong coil. I'm not sure if I will go back now. I love the rest of the staff they're always extremely helpful. just didn't really have a good experience I guess.
