Bought a Vape early July and it leaked (without being in the heat). I came this weekend to return it, and the staff working there had to call the manager for authorization. He then told me he couldn’t refund me for the batteries or the liquid. I asked him to then call his manager again. He didn’t, and authorized the refund for the batteries but said he could not refund the liquid because of sanitary reasons. Not good customer service. Do not recommend and will not be going back.
