I went in with my wife today. We were both unsure of the products we would be needing . The staff were so helpful. The thing that stood out the most was that the fellow helping us didn’t want to sell the most expensive product; he sold us the product that was suitable for our needs and definitely fit our budget. I couldn’t of asked for better service . Thank you! we will be back !

Been there three times to get help, and the staff is beyond incredible. Super helpful, really nice and welcoming. I've never seen any retail store display their level of customer service. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Excellent staff & very knowledgeable employees. They’re very welcoming & don’t judge you at all. I went in & asked a million questions about vaping, juices & the pipes, (since I’m a non-smoker) they had answers for each & every single one of them. I bought my first vape pen & juice from them. I’m definitely will be going back to buy more!

I had an excellent experience at pony boy vapes. I am a smoker and had been researching transitioning to vaping to help me quit for a few months and the gentleman working there was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. I felt confident making the switch thanks to his help and I couldn’t be happier that I made the transition.

Very helpful staff, they set up my new device for me and made sure that everything was working properly. They also explained how to change the coils/cotton and what tools I would need to do it with. Will definitely shop there again in the future
