Two words. Amazing. Service. I don't get paid biweekly like some lucky folks, my boss cuts cheques once a month. They understood my situation and put a device off to the side for me which was amazing since they sold out before I got paid. Ordered the mod and some juice... and can honestly say I'm EXTREMELY happy with the customer service I recieved. I'm giving 5 stars before I even receive my package due to how great these guys treated me. Would give 6 or even 7 stars out of five.

I came across Wicks & Wires many moons back when i was looking for particular types of DNA mods, and this store was one of the few Canadian retailers that carried some of the more esoteric options. Mind you, I live in another city so didn't actually get to the store until relatively recently when I came across their stock of particular high-end hardware I'd had my eye on. It was worth the drive I must say. Excellent little vape shop with a stunning selection of quality juices I don't see often elsewhere, friendly, knowledgeable staff and the high-end hardware options I happened to be looking for. I'd particularly recommend this store to anyone in southern ontario who sometimes goes after higher-end hardware as these guys do stock some very nice options for those so inclined (Kayfun tanks, Vicious Ant mods, etc.). Found the honesty of the staff particularly noteworthy. They didn't pull punches if they thought something they carried wasn't particularly good which is highly customer friendly in my opinion. Kudos to Wicks & Wires.

For over a year I had really good service and this was my place to go. Had an issue with a new Smok mod, came in to discuss a fix and was completely dismissed by the guys there and told it was not really their problem and I may be able to find parts elsewhere. Joe the owner did jump in at the end of the conversation and promise to help, which i commend him for, however for me, I no longer felt like I was ever thier loyal customer that deserved better service than that and I elected not to come back and get the part from Joe. My money will be better spent where I am welcome when a problem arises with my merchandise after the sale.
