Rudest staff I've encountered in a long time. Sold me the wrong product and when I went back to exchange they wouldn't do it. The two people that worked there began blaming me for me not knowing what I was getting as I was quitting smoking and had never purchased ecigarette products of any kind before. I asked for an apology for them blaming me and they lost it. The first thing I even said to them was that I didn't know anything and I guess they took that to mean they could sell me whatever they wanted.

Went in today and got a beautiful coolfire set up I couldn't believe how friendly and helpful the lady was I will differently be recommending to everyone I know to shop their, and I now have a wonderful vape shop to go to. Thank you for your awesome store and amazing service!

Great store, great products, staff is super friendly and always willing to help. Very knowledgeable about what they sell. I purchase all my juice here never a bad bottle of juice other than poor flavor choice on my part from time to time. If you inquire about anything on shelf they are truthful and honest, yes they do sell a clone or 2 but they will tell you that well before you purchase. 0 issues with MOD's or hardware. Only issues i had were of my own fault and with research i quickly find what i am doing wrong. Great Job ECIG you have a customer for life, keep the clouds coming :)
