Trying a new way to quit smoking. Staff very good and set me up very easy to deal with and get helpful info for the right products to succeed. Two days in and easiest quitting i've ever done so far. Very happy

I purchase a smok mag kit, within the next day the screen went faulty. It clearly states in the term and conditions that if there is no physical damage they will replace it. I went into the store and the made up some answer saying that there may be wire issues, which if there is I didn’t not cause and in term and conditions even if there is they will replace it. They would not replace it and they were treating me very poorly. If this does not change I will be contacting the company itself and I will continue to write report on how you don’t follow your terms and conditions

Well...if you want to buy from a business that looks like an opium den on the inside, this is your place. For the love of Pete, wash your windows! You can get far better service and product at 11:11 Vape in Kanata.

Service was great. The person helping me had good suggestions for ejuice flavours. Can't comment on hardware selection since I haven't purchased any there. Over all I was pleased.
