Amazing service, great looking shop, what more is there to say? Selection was also much better than some other shops close by, definitely going to be making this my regular vape stop on bank. And it deserves to be said again: great service!

Had to share a rare review from me. Over the course of the shutdown, management and staff at Sir Vape a lot really stepped up. The same day delivery was amazing. Of course, you never really know a company until something bad happens. During the pandemic, I purchase a new mod and tank. The battery pack was defective and I was only able to return it once the stores reopened. While I was after the official return policy timelines, the Manager and team members were able to help me out. Says a lot about a company that they were able to adapt as well as they did. Sir Vape A Lot - Ottawa on 433 Bank St

Was there a couple days ago for my first vaping kit. It was great! Chris advised me and we looked together for a product that would fit my needs and budget. Took about 20ish minutes and I felt comfortable asking a ton of questions about tips and how to use it, and Chris answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend :) Edit : One less star. Ask to open an account if it's your first time there, you could have discounts after some purchases. They won't let you know unless you come back for another purchase and of course it's too bad because by then you can't add your first purchase which very likely was $100ish or more.
