I have been a customer since they opened years ago, i have moved to Alberta in Sept 2017 and i order their products from Ontario still. I have never had a bad experience from Canada E Juice. The staff is always helpful, friendly, and product knowledgeable and most important the vape juice is extremely flavorful. Yes the store at peak times is busy, cut them some slack if you have to wait in line for 5 minutes people...when its your turn, its worth the wait!!!

I was in a few days ago and it was really busy.. a few guys who worked in the back actually came out to help so that I wouldn’t have to wait. I had great service, very knowledgeable and genuine staff! Highly recommend!!

Good luck getting them to warranty anything. Juice is decent but quite overpriced. Moonshine Brew in Pickering will be getting 100% of my business from now on. Juice is on par if not better and literally for less than half the price.
