FABULOUS store. They have an incredible selection of juices, devices, parts and other items at fabulous prices. The quality and selection is second to none. Do you want clouds? Do you want AMAZING flavour? Well they can accommodate anything. And about the flavours. OMG 😍❤ It's a shock when you walk in and see how much top quality product they have in stock. The physical store is a very nice layout without any added fluff. The website is a marvel. It sets a standard that no other vape shop matches, rivaling and often bettering dedicated online stores. Billy's can also order stuff other stores just shrug their shoulders at. The service, atmosphere and personality of the staff is extremely impressive. Genuinely happy, inviting and friendly. We are talking about intelligent, witty and personable people. Billy's Express Vapes is great for a quick visit but also excellent for answers to questions that newbies or experienced vapers and CBD users alike may have. Best of all, on top of everything else, I repeat, the prices are insanely good. Bravo to Billy's Express Vapes

A friend of mine raved about this place after I had previous bad experience elsewhere so I Went in looking to learn about vaping today to try to quit smoking. Was met with comprehensive answers and patience for all of my questions. Helpful suggestions and amazing product knowlege. Did not push or pressure me to buy anything, infact suggested for me to not buy the most expensive units as it was established I wouldn't use the features those had. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience here. Will continue to make the trip to niagara falls for my future supplies.
