Great Service. They will assist you with any question. Also they have a lot of juices and you can try each juice because they have separate automizer for each juice which is very smart. Definitely recommend! Go to their store physically and try it for yourself.

Expensive prices and poor customer service. Would not recommend, try smoke loft in North York. Always call around and check prices before making a purchase as they will change prices based on how they feel towards customers.

Went in with my brother to look into getting vapes to help us quit smoking. The staff was beyond friendly and knowledgeable. They allowed us to test different vapes and flavors of e-juice. Once we were decided on our set-ups they sat there in the store with us and assembled our vapes while instructing us on proper use and care. Great experience, and we'll be back, very happy with the set-up!

What an amazing experience it was today dealing with Charlie and KK. They exceeded my expectations educated me and helped me figure out exactly what I needed. I will definitely only go to their store when I need things because they know exactly how to do things right.

The staff is amazing, they remember you, your family, your tastes and products you bought, personalizing the experience every time. The product is good, they have a big variety of brands and e juice flavors and mods.
