I have always had great interactions with here. Products are high quality, prices are fair, customer service is fair and honest. They know what they are selling. If I ask “do you have something like this flavour?” They always have suggestions. Plus they just renovated the place recently and it’s super clean and inviting to come into. The employees are just nice dudes. No pressure to buy anything and only suggest things they think I might like not what they need to sell. Great place!

Amazing service. Especially during COVID. Grateful they have maintained the free delivery service after restrictions were lifted. Also, a great resource for smokers looking to quit/information on vaping. Always friendly, always helpful!

It's been 30 days since my purchase of a Yocan Evolve Plus. I was frustrated the coils only worked for 1-2 uses, after being told they should last a few weeks. It's been in the back of my mind to make it up to the store, since staff said they'd replace the coil when I called a couple days after I bought the thing and it wasn't working. Unfortunately, I lost my wallet the other day, so I no longer have the receipt. I was hopeful there might be consideration for my circumstance, and was able to find the transaction on my credit card statement, but that doesn't work with store policy. So much for the shatter pen making life easier

Staff are really friendly and very helpful here. Only had great experiences and there is lots of selection. They carry vapour junkie which is a juice without sweetner. Really appreciate it. Keep up the good work guys!
