The young manager doses not no how to talk or handle people, the guy with the tats is a good guy, the power tripping manager should be cleaning washrooms, keep him away from the public, if you want repeat business

Very knowledgeable/helpful & friendly staff. Store is very clean & organized! They offer a full menu of flavors available. I just wish I had more time to spend in there.

best vape juice i've ever tasted, store is clean and well organized. staff is friendly. it's definitely my favourite place to get vape juice and equipment! my only suggestion is for employees to not be so stubborn in terms of what they feel is the best thing/item for the customer. I've been vaping for years but sometimes get spoken to like i have no clue what i'm talking about. also they need to get all employees on the same page regarding their military/health professional discount. some employees give 10%, some give 20%. some ask for proof of occupation, others do not. the manager (? i think she is? - blonde hair & tattoos, very nice lady!) actually asked me multiple questions about my profession to try and see if she could get me a discount as a medical professional (I did not show any business card or ID at the time). the next time i came in to get the discount i was denied by another employee, so it just gets frustrating and confusing. all in all though, aside from some very minor frustrations, i love shopping here and i have highly recommended this business to multiple friends and family. i definitely consider myself a loyal customer
