Very helpful staff. Just bought a kit for my wife. The lady was very knowledgeable, even threw in a couple samples for the wife to try. Well stocked store unlike many others. Definitely will be going back.

Great place excellent help Have been dealing with them online for years and have been completely satisfied. Went in for flavor concentrate, left with that and a new vape. Watch your shoes if the little helper is around (however seeing her is worth a pair of shoes, soooo cute).

I have been to quite a few of these stores and these folks were definitely at the top. Easy access to test flavors, no harassment or pushy sales. To compare, I was in a store in Cambridge and needed coils. I showed them what I needed and they had to look up the type, then they told me my coils were hard to get and I should buy a new vaporizer instead. e-cigz however loomed at the coil and immediately knew what it was and got me exactly what i wanted while I was testing flavors. In short, you get exactly what you need, what you ask for, and the precise level of service you require. I have found my store.
