Extremely helpful, great attitude. You never expect people to be like this anymore and its sad, however refreshing to be treated the way you are when you come to this place. Honestly, I can't thank you enough for the help today. I will recommend your store to everyone. Take care guys! *edit* Clear to me any scathing reviews are made by underage people, shady competition or people who should be medicated. I wasn't going to say this because I don't want people to expect treatment like this. However I just went in for my first time and asked to buy a tank for my crappy battery. The person I talked to informed me he needed more information, fair enough... I got it for him and he told me and I quote "I can just give you a tank for your Spinner". He then proceeded to go in the back and hand me a free tank after installing the coil. I paid for the coil, and left with a huge smile on my face. That's not the mark of a crappy business people. Again, first time in. Treated with respect, tried my best to do so in return. Was treated in kind, WITH SPADES. Thanks again guys. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience today.

Best shop around and prices are great. Recently started vaping when I finally quit smoking. The information available from Jason and Chris is top notch and helped guide me down the right path. Michelle is always great at helping with choices. They do not force anything on you, they provide info so you can make you own decisions. Chris is the juice king. His own juices are great (hopefully production starts soon). The juices he suggests are very helpful. There is an abundance of choices and you could spend hours tasting everything.

Had an absolutely awesome experience at the Georgetown location !!! Chris was so helpful and actually took the time to explain and help me understand how these things work !! He was able to help me put together a vape that was going to be user friendly and effective. Even after I had left his location I had a couple questions about different juices and he took the extra time to help me find another juice I’d enjoy even though I was already home and wouldn't be able to grab it from the location that he works at. Best customer service I’ve had in a really long time !!!

I've been a customer here for quite a while and I agree that the employees are nice and knowledgeable. This is the first shop of its kind in town and I will continue to go there. I love that they have a variety of flavours and that the employees take their time with you to help you find what's best for you and how to maintain your devices. Thank you guys!

A great shop for anyone from beginner to those who have been vaping for years. The staff there are all knowledgeable, polite, professional and take their time to ensure the customer gets the best experience possible, especially Chris who is a wizard when it comes to recommending flavors. An overall great experience every time I shop there!!!
