This is the best vape shop. When my original juice was discontinued, the owner mixed a great new juice for me. His prices are very good. His customer service is excellent. I shall continue to shop there.

This place is great and hes been more then fair to me. Hes replaced my machines each time I've had issues. Hes very honest and knowledgeable about his juice. I trust him 100%.

AVOID - If you want to overpay and deal with a rude arrogant scammer who doesn't stand behind his product go here! I wish I could give 0 stars. Read his responses to people giving him feedback. You have a 3 star rating, maybe its time to listen to your customers ?

BEWARE AVOID - The owner will spend more time gloating about how his products are so much better than his competitors when he doesn't have a clue about what he's talking about. I feel bad that I even have to give this joke of a business a 1 star... too bad there wasn't 0 STARS! Just look how he responds to anyone that leaves him a negative review. "Response from the owner - Do your research and shouldn't be reviewing a product that you never used. Keyboard warriors at their best." WOW, what a joke. Well I'm no "keyboard warrior" After he ran his mouth over the phone I came down in person and the big man on the phone was a little mouse in person. Terrible, worst experience and should be shut down. ZERO STARS ZERO STARS ZERO STARS ZERO STARS ZERO STARS

AVOID ! terrible service, owner does not know what he is talking about. I have a very bad experience today! I bought the kit six days ago and was not working. I went to the store to asked them for a replacement but the guy was accusing me of breaking the piece. I did not even use it! The guy opened the e-cigarette and it seems he knows the problem and tried to screw the part but broke the screw. I think I have the right to ask a new one. The guy just glue the piece and said that's all they can do. Do not buy this e-cigarette(smoke)...has a very poor quality and it's very expensive for 80 dollars plus tax. The store did not handle my problem properly. I am very disappointed and I felt extorted. I am visiting cornwall from montreal and I can not explain properly to the guy at the store since my english is limited. My mom helped me too to explain to the guy on the phone but they believed I dropped the vaper. The kit is intact and that's the proof of not dropping the item. AVOID
