I've shopped here before and they've always been very helpful. There was a problem with my last order but they were quick to rectify the issue and went above and beyond in that regard. Small businesses like EVE restore, reinforce, and further motivate me to keep shopping in Canada. I wish all business owners took such pride in their clients satisafaction. Keep doing what you're doing guys.

Highly recommend this store. Been to others and felt cheapened by the experience. The owner has a great sense of humour and pleasant demeanour. He worked within my budget, and saved me money. He didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need, or something too advanced. I was spoiled with flavours to chose from. Elegant Vape Emporium has me for life. Excited for what is coming in the future.

Extremely clean and nicely decorated store..feels very welcoming when you walk in...Mark is such a delight to see and talk with..he is very knowledgeable and answers all your questions without hesitation..everything is beautifully displayed and he has a great selection of Juices. I highly recommend his Elegant store.

I highly recommend NOT going here! I've never had such a bad customer service experience! Besides the fact he was extremely rude, he was uninterested in helping me find what I was looking for AND sold me the wrong coils for my device!!

Mark and Elaine are incredible people! Down to earth, and simply lovely. Genuinely want you to have the best vaping experience and won't push products on you. Just in case you wanted to vape the most enticing, delectable, smooth, damn-near heavenly e-juice I've ever had, try Dragon Slayer. I've only ever seen it here at Elegant Vape Emporium. I used to drive from Kingston before I moved here. So worth while. Came for the goods, came back for Mark and Elaine. See you both again soon.

These guys under the crisis we are in delivered my 60 ml bottle 30$ to my house probably 45 minutes away.... no delivery charge!!! You guys are amazing

I travel a lot for work and have been to plenty of vape shops along the way. Some good, some not so good. Then I stumbled upon EVE. Now I only go there and make sure I have enough stock to cover my travels until I get back. Mark, his wife as well as the staff are fantastic people. Very welcoming and friendly. I have never gotten the feeling of ' have to buy ' from EVE. I have learned so much about e liquids and device's and always leave the shop feeling like a genuine valued customer. I would highly recommend visiting EVE!
