This was my first experience with coming to this store and I have to say that I’m very pleased to know that I was given the right and appropriate customer service I deserved. My questions were answered in a timely fashion as well as any future questions. Brandi who was the person assisting me was extremely positive and as well helpful. It’s a great environment overall nothing I would say that is wrong about this place. I would actually recommend this location and as well as the store to family and Friends. -lbblasse

Absolutely amazing place the stores always clean and organized and the customer service is on point love going here ..the staff is always friendly and smiling and Brandy goes above and beyond when helping you choose the perfect system for your prefenceces .....thanks vapours canada !!!

Went into the store last week looking for coils, the man in there was very rude, unorganized and Unknowledgeable. Didn’t know where his product was at all. Then proceeded to “blow o’s” and told me if I didn’t like it to go to another store. Do not recommend speaking to this man. Will not return if I see him still working there.

Clean store. Great location. Amazing staff. Always out of the juice and coils. Been given the same story for over 3 weeks about a mythical order that will be arriving Tuesday or Wednesday or we have to place an order on Friday. It is very difficult to stay loyal to a local place when they fail to deliver
